Gift cards and service series are non-refundable. Gift cards may be redeemed toward both services and retail products.
Merchandise:
We offer refunds on retail products within 14 days of the original purchase date. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
To ensure you feel confident in your purchase, we are happy to provide samples of our skincare products so you can experience them before opening your full-size items.
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products.
Online Orders & Return Shipping:
For online purchases, guests are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
