We encourage you to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for a leisurely check-in and consultation. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, a late arrival may require a reduced appointment time, at scheduled price, with respect to the clients that are scheduled for you. Of course beyond the check in policies, we invite all our guests to make full use of our relaxing environment here at Touch to Heal Spa. Come early, stay late, bring a book, enjoy our coloring books and complimentary snacks and beverages in our relaxation lounge.
As payment for spa services or retail, we currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, and cash. SpaFinder and SpaWish gift cards can be used for any services that is not already discounted.
Our staff works hard to help you achieve a higher state of peace and happiness. While gratuity is optional and at your discretion, it is kindly accepted. Envelopes are provided at the spa front desk at checkout or gratuities may be added to your credit card charge.
For spa parties and company events, we add 18% gratuity to your invoice and we require 25% deposit four (4) days prior to the event.
Touch to Heal reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on certain treatments without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. If you have any questions, please ask your reservationist.
