We encourage you to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for a leisurely check-in and consultation. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, a late arrival may require a reduced appointment time, at scheduled price, with respect to the guests that are scheduled for you. Of course beyond the check in policies, we invite all our guests to make full use of our relaxing environment here at Touch to Heal Spa. Come early, stay late, bring a book, enjoy our coloring books and complimentary snacks and beverages in our relaxation lounge.
Our staff works hard to help you achieve a higher state of peace and happiness. While gratuity is optional and at your discretion, it is kindly accepted. Envelopes are provided at the spa front desk at checkout or gratuities may be added to your credit card charge.
As payment for spa services or retail, we currently accept credit cards, FSA and HSA cards, exact cash and Touch to Heal Spa gift cards.
For spa parties, company events, and groups of 3 or more guests, we require full amount five days prior to the event.
Our treatments, spa packages, gift certificates and spa parties are non refundable. However, we will honor an equal exchange (credit) for other services.
Spa packages and monthly specials are discounted. They cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
Effective March 1, 2024, we are no longer accepting SpaFinder gift cards.
Touch to Heal reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on certain treatments without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. If you have any questions, please ask your reservationist.
