Touch to Heal Spa is open in accordance with the regulations and guidelines put forth by Santa Clara County Health Department. Our top priority has always been to bring an unparalleled safe experience of healing and relaxation to our guests, and our resolve is stronger now than ever before. We have implemented new policies and procedures (a “new normal”!) that consider every step of our treatment processes to ensure we meet your needs in a focused and safe manner that meets and exceeds the codes set by the Santa Clara County Health Department.
what we would like you to do:
- Please wear masks over your nose and mouth at all times even during the treatments (except for facial treatments), if you do not bring one or forget yours, we will provide you with a mask. Although we always love to see the smiles of our satisfied guests, safety is our top priority.
- Please refrain from visiting the spa if, in the two weeks prior to the appointment, you have exhibited any symptoms of COVID-19 or tested positive for COVID-19, or if you have been in close contact with anyone who has exhibited such symptoms or who tested positive for COVID-19.
- The intake form, liability release waiver, and COVID-19 waivers must be completed online prior to your appointment to prevent congregation in the lobby.
- We won’t be able to host anyone but the guest. Please do not bring other people (other than a parent or guardian for a minor client or a caretaker for a disabled client) or nonessential personal items to the appointment.
- Respect the spa’s sanitation and hygiene standards posted within the spa and shared by employees. We are all just looking out for one another.
- Wash hands (and check out our touch-less sanitation devices in the bathroom!) prior and after each treatment.
- As part of our COVID-19 response to help protect all our guests, we will temporarily not allow returns on products purchased from our retail lounge.
What We are doing for you:
- Treatment Rooms:
- All treatment rooms are equipped with HEPA filter Air Purifiers with UV-C feature for killing harmful germs and viruses. The HEPA filters quietly replace the air 4 times per hour and are 99.9% effective or greater in removing particulate contaminants, including viruses like COVID-19, and bacteria and fungi from recirculated air.
- Guests are welcome to bring a large bag or a basket to store their clothes.
- Each room is supplied with a sanitation tray complete with wipes, gloves, and hand sanitizer.
- Our restrooms are equipped with touch-less soap dispensers and touch-less hand towel dispensers.
- Employees:
- No employee is permitted to work if they feel unwell.
- Employees will wear surgical masks at all times. They will wear a fresh apron for each appointment. Esthetician will wear N95 masks.
- For increased safety, we have asked our therapists and estheticians to limit chit-chat with the guests except during the consultation, but please vocalize if you’d like to provide feedback or request adjustments during the treatment.
