What’s Shiatsu Massage?

Shiatsu is a technique of Massage that focuses on the use of fingers, palms, and elbows to provide muscle relief. Applying pressure to certain areas of the body can increase blood flow in affected areas. Removing these blockages can be great for better circulation and can prevent back pain later on in life. Shiatsu is also a great way to improve posture and body mechanics.

Sometimes everyday routines can pull us away from the most important things in life. Experience calming sounds and be bathed in a frequency of energy that can only be brought to you by Sound Meditation.

What’s Sound Meditation?

Sound is a force that stimulates many senses of the body at the same time. When being exposed to different types of sound vibrations in music or in nature, you can experience sensations of peace, love, sadness, and even anger. In other words, it is the most effective way to communicate with our nervous system. Sound vibrations travel through air and water. Considering human beings are 65% water, it can effect us on some many powerful levels! Different types of sound meditation instruments such as gongs, chimes, and Tibetan singing bowls are used in this form of meditation. When played, they can bring the human body into a state of calmness and slows down the mental traffic of thoughts and emotions we experience on an everyday basis.
